    Really good concierge services, direct access to ferry and local transportation, luxurious spa facilities

    Room sizes not matching promotional materials!!! Limited on-site parking creating inconvenience!!! Some amenities like coffee facilities in rooms could elevate the experience!!! An upgrade in communication about additional charges would enhance clarity!!!

    perfect harbor view and easy access to local attractions

    I loved my stay here with fine views of the harbor from my room and just a few steps away from the ferry to the Cinque Terre villages, making it super easy to explore the area.

    We spent two nights in a suite with an amazing view of the bay, and it was bliss! The spa had a lovely massage service and a steam room that helped us unwind after our adventures. The only thing that could be improved was the hot water situation in our room, but overall, it didn't ruin our fantastic stay 😊

    Hotel location is perfect for accessing the ferry to go to the towns of Cinque Terre. If you need to get to the trains in La Spezia it will be about a 30 min. Bus ride. Great location and views from rooms looking out to bay....
